Administration

By reviewing the owners’ intensions for the yacht and the yacht’s specific needs we implement a specific operational program for each yacht in our management fleet. The yacht is operated based on a pre-approved realistic annual budget that offers the owner comfort in knowing that the vessel will be operated efficiently, safely and reliably. Quarterly reports provide the owners a thorough and transparent update on the status of their yacht. All expenses are invoiced at cost with substantiating documentation and are fully auditable.

Maintenance & Repair

Our technical department maintains a specific profile for each individual yacht so that all maintenance is done on time and according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Our in-house technical teams and our certified repair contractors perform all maintenance and repairs tasks without delay minimizing the unavailability of the yacht.

Crew Vetting and Management

Our crewing department maintains one of the most extensive pools of Captains, Engineers, Accommodation Staff, and Hotel Staff. Owners benefit from truly high quality, professional yachting crew aboard their yachts.

Insurance

With the large number of mega yachts we have under management and our bulk binding power, our company secures the most competitive insurance rates. Savings achieved are passed on to the owners. In the event of a claim, our in-house insurance specialists assure that every advantage to the owner is exercised.

Voyage Operational Support

Our operations personnel provide proactive logistical support to our yachts while they are cruising with port agency services, berthing reservations, bunkering, provisioning and shore side arrangements.

Provisioning and Supply

Our procurement department is especially trained to provide the best prices for victuals, parts, charts, supplies and equipment for all the yachts in our management fleet. The bulk purchases (economy-of-scale) provide advantageous prices for all yachts in our fleet. Discounts are passed on to our owners.
